Your best piece of advice for people working in your industry?

Just start making stuff tbh, it can be anything but put it out in the world.

Eagerness to execute and spontaneity tbh, i love to just jam, fall down rabbit holes and see where things can go collaboratively, where we can take it.

What skills do you look for in a collaborator?

Depends on the project tbh but whatever i feel like i'm not capable of being the best at in any context. if i'm talking other designers, then i'm thinking people that are more polished on the visual design side of the spectrum.

What’s helpful about exchanging or bartering mutually needed skills rather than relying on traditional payment?

We're pushing each forward probably further and faster and more from a place of excitement and authenticity than if we were trading cash.
